(L.L.M. 2001); prior to that he earned his law degree at Panjab University Law School, Chandigarh, India (L.L.B. 1999). Attorney Dehra is fluent in the Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu languages. Attorney Dehra is admitted to practice before the Tennessee Supreme Court, as well as before the Haryana High Court, Punjab State, India. Miotke is a Partner of Dehra Miotke, LLC.  He was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and raised in Florida.  Attorney Miotke is a graduate of the Florida State University – College of Law, Tallahassee, Florida (J. D. 1995); prior to that he received his graduate degree in business from the Universidad de Navarra of the “Instituto de Estudios Superiores de la Empresa” Barcelona, Spain (M.B.A./M.E.D., 1988), and earned his undergraduate business degree at Tulane University, New Orleans, Louisiana (B.S.M. cum laude 1986). Attorney Miotke is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
