USCIS reminds stakeholders that they are now required to use the revised
Form I-821D, the Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals
form for all initial or renewal requests for DACA consideration. This
revised form is dated June 4, 2014; the edition date is listed on the
bottom of all pages of the form.
USCIS further states that it will reject and return all DACA requests
using previous versions of Form I-821D. The last day that these previous
versions were accepted was June 5, 2014.
